Concave rotating table Ø 1000 mm
The Concave rotating table Ø 1000 mm, unlike the Convex Rotary Table, is designed to collect products placed on the outer edge of the tray and convey them toward the center of the collecting tray.
Products may arrive from a chute, a conveyor belt, or directly from a horizontal or vertical flow pack packaging machine, shrink-wrapping machine with angular sealing, thermoforming machine, etc.
It can also be used in technical and industrial sectors for collecting parts exiting machine tools, assembly lines, and similar applications.
Installed at the end of the packaging line, the Concave Rotary Table acts as an accumulation station, facilitating product discharge from the packaging machine and assisting the operator during picking and boxing operations.
The rotating tray, as well as the entire machine structure, is made of satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel.
The rotation speed of the disc can be easily adjusted via a mechanical speed variator knob.
